REMARKS:

          SHELL SCHEME 3×3 m. :
          A stand package will consists of;
          1. White shell scheme walls, 240 cm high, towards neighbouring stands.
          2. 1 fascia board 20-30 cm high, white infill panel and your company name and stand number in black (up to 20 letters)
          3. Lighting equipment:
                    2 units of Spotlight with arm
                    1 units 5amp day time power socket
          4. Carpet:
                    9 sqm. of punch carpet with selected color (may be dark grey) (different colour can be ordered at an additional charge)
          5. Furniture:
                    1 unit of Information counter (pifex system size 0.8×1.0m)
                    2 units of chairs for information
                    1 set of Discussion (3 chairs+1round table)
                    1 unit of Bin
          6. Exhibition space 9 sq.m.
          7. One exhibitor Badge for every 3 sqm. of space hired (3 badges for 9 sqm.)

          SPACE ONLY EXHIBITION:
          Basic hiring of empty floor space includes;
          1. Exhibition space (floor space only: shell scheme, furniture, carpet, and other furnishings are not included)
          2. One exhibitor Badge for every 3 sqm. of space hired.

          PAYMENT TERMS:
          1. 25% deposit of the total amount will be invoiced upon ordering and must be paid 15 days after invoice.
          2. 75% invoiced by ___________ SEPTEMBER 2023.
          3. Cancellation conditions:
                    1. 25% deposit will not be refunded for any cancellation.
                    2. 50% must be paid for any cancellation after SEPTEMBER 2023
                    3. Any cancellation after October 2023 are non refundable and requires a 100% payment of the stated amount.
